Is it possible to cancel an appointment (request)?
Yes, the company you book decides how far in advance you can still cancel the appointment.

How do I know if the appointment is really booked?
When you receive the e-mail with your appointment confirmation both you and the service provider are booked for the appointment. If for some reason the service provider needs to cancel your appointment, you will also get an e-mail and they may call you to reschedule on the telephone number you provided.

Are there any legal obligations when I book an appointment?
Booking with Libersy holds the same obligations as when you call them directly by phone. So as a customer you are only obligated by the normal curtsy rules.
